How can I contact Jurevon?
You can contact our customer support team at service@jurevon.com. If your question is about an existing order, please include your order number.
How can I track my order?
When tracking information becomes available, it will be provided through your shipping confirmation or order information. Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact service@jurevon.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before the order enters fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
How long does order processing take?
We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, high-volume periods, or when additional order verification is required.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the destination, product, shipping method, carrier, and local delivery conditions. Available estimates may be shown during checkout or provided with your order information.
Where does Jurevon ship?
Available shipping destinations are shown during checkout. If your location cannot be selected, we may not currently be able to ship to that destination.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact service@jurevon.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging when relevant.
Can I return an item?
Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy. Please contact us before sending any item back so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary by location, currency, device, and payment provider.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and supported third-party payment providers. Jurevon does not ask customers to send full credit card details or security codes by email.
